Puppies are sold, wormed, flee treated and Vaccinated.

We begin vaccinating at six weeks. Depending on the puppy’s state of health and size, we vaccinate at three week intervals. Puppies need a minimum of three vaccinations. We also vaccinate for Rabies after puppy is three months old.

Research well the breed you are buying and be aware of any special requirements of the breed. For example, Tea-Cup Chihuahua puppies are vulnerable to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level).  Puppy will start to stumble and look drunk and he will soon fall into a coma. If left untreated, the puppy will die, and if treated late puppy will have future brain problems and will not be the same again. We have learnt the hard way, and I make it a point that you should know. Another important issue is that if a Tea cup is left un wormed he will also get unwell and have the above symptoms. Tea Cups do not store fat and energy as ordinary puppies they have a fast metabolism and burn fat fast so they need to be raised on special foods and supplements.

We do not sell or export Tea cups under the weight of 600grams un accompanied.

If one of our tea cups is to travel air cargo, he must be accompanied of have a sibling of similar size mate to accompany his travel.

Puppies above 600grams travel safely, but we do not export them at this weight unaccompanied.

Once you have purchased a puppy you agree to become responsible for the care and condition of the puppy. If a puppy should become ill or develop any other problem after delivery you are responsible for getting the puppy proper care to rectify the situation.

Our puppies are guaranteed against life threatening genetic defects until their first birthday. Should a licensed veterinarian diagnose your pup with a congenital/ hereditary disorder that will severely affect the puppy for the rest of his life, within the allotted time frame, we require you to do the following to qualify for the guarantee:

1. Notify us immediately & tell us of your vets findings.

2. Provide the name, phone number & written statement from your licensed vet stating description of symptoms & his/her diagnosis.

3. Return (at your expense), puppy, registration paper with transfers signed, & veterinarians statement to us immediately.

4. We, the breeders, will take your returned pup to our licensed vet & if he confirms your vets findings, will either replace the puppy with one of equal value when one becomes available or refund the original purchase price (our choice), minus any shipping or vet expenses.

5. If the pup dies while in your care before its first birthday & the vets believes it may be from an inherited condition--an autopsy must be performed at buyer’s expense, with the results sent to me before any credit is given.


NOTE: low blood sugar, mental stress or infectious diseases are not covered under this guarantee as we can not be responsible for the nutrition or harmful exposure of the puppy once it leaves our premises. Open fonts (soft spot on the head) are not covered by this guarantee--they are common among small breeds. Some may close soon after birth & others may never close completely. (Puppy Acne) thin hair, loss of hair on the forehead and toes, this condition is common on small chies and will resolve as puppy looses his puppy teeth. Retained testicles, incorrect bites, hernias, luxating patellas, retained baby teeth & also are not covered.


All veterinarian fees, medicines, any quarantine necessary, medical bills, travel & shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We do not guarantee size & weight, temperament, color, breeding or show ability of pup--we can only speculate by judging the parents.

Contract is only valid when both buyer & seller sign the following contract & only between assignees--no third parties.
