MOGZEY, was the foundation of Bordpol. Although I had Tamika long before, Mogzey holds the core of Bordpol Staffordshire Bull Terriers. Mogzey has the sweetest loving nature one would want in a pet staff, she is kind, gentle, patient, greedy and snores, she is all I ever thought a Staff would be, and coming from a loving family in Hungary, she is never one to back away from attention of new comers, she greets every one with a kiss, she will raise on her hind legs and kiss your nose. Even at the dog shows, she never sits down, she is up on her feet, awaiting someone to pay her attention. Mogzey is brilliant of the lead, she walks beside me, and if it was possible I would show her without a lead, but that is not allowed, any child can walk Mogzey. Mogzey was born in October 1999 and has had 3 Litters, I wish to spay her and retire her from the show, but she loves showing so much, and she needs her last CAC to reach the title of Champion. My aim is to mate Mogzey once again in 2007 with her son GUSS, as this will be the 3rd generation of Line Breeding that will Make Bordpol a further Success. |

GURU, What can I say? He is another sweet Staff, with handsome qualities. I am so proud with this boy. He started his show career at 5 Month, he won Best of Breed from the three brothers shown, and won Best Puppy in Group, he went on winning. Every Judge that sees Guru says he is a handsome Staff, with powerful looks and body, It takes a Judge less than a second to tell he is the best looking Staff in Malta. I am sorry to say, that GUSS is growing and will be a strong competitor for GURU, but we have to wait and see, as this boy is so young, and has many years of Show before him. GURU reached the title of Champion at just 19 months, and if it was not to his sister OLGA that won best of Breed, he would have reached Champion at 15 months, isn't that remarkable? Guru, has a loving nature, and tends to roll over to every one, or jump up in your arms, he thinks he is a baby, and will walk with every one, and he loves dogs, I have never seen him growl at a dog, except once at the show, when a rotweiler growled at him while he was in his show cage, he nearly broke the cage to get out and fight, I soon calmed the situation and he just rolled over to be tummy rubbed. Guru today has been sired 3 times. I just wish that in Malta there were more better looking, Staffie females for him. |

TAMIKA, was born in February 1998, she was the female I kept for my self and raised her till she was 1 year old. I gave her to a couple that were in love with her, and they kept her for 4 years and offered her back to me as they were to import Bull Terriers from abroad, and didn't want Tamika to fight with there dogs. Tamika was always a bully with dogs, she will hold her ground to any size dog and it is not common that Tamika got into fights with my other dogs, I can not count the times she fought without me noticing, as staffies make no noise when fighting and you would not even know that they were fighting, unless you are there. Tamika had to be homed to save her life, I could not keep her at my residence, as she was Captain Trouble, she is only good with people and children , she loves the attention of children, and is safe with anyone, except animals. Tamika is living happily with a family, that took ZENA her daughter , but had to give ZENA to me to home as when ZENA got to be 6 months, Tamika was showing her macho side again. Tamika has moved from one place to many, and has been settled for over a year now, and the owners have no intention or ever homing Tamika. She is 8 years old and still going strong, it is funny, when she visits me, she remembers all my dogs, she loves GURU, hates MOGZEY, and will chase the cat till she gets her. The only dog that stands up to Tamika is LITTLE DOGGIE the CHIHUAHUA, and that is from behind glass, I would never dream of letting them two meet. Tamika has never been shown, due to her faulty teeth, she is undershot, and I would not want her to loose points because of one major fault, she is also too masculine, she should be more feminine, but then again, that is Tamika, one big tuff girl. |

OLGA, was lovely in every way, she is sister to GURU, and born in June 2004, she is sadly no longer with us as she accidentally fell from the top story floor and badly broke her hind leg with the extent of no repair and the options were to put her asleep or amputate her leg, and wait to see if any of her nerves in her back were injured. I sadly had to put her to sleep. OLGA is never forgotten, when ever we are out, and one of my dogs acts silly, we mention Olga, she was a character in her own way, she would never stop jumping and running, this picture you see of Olga was taken when she was 1 year, she was tied up and it took me over 20 minutes to get a stand still picture. Olga had the perfect temperament, with dogs and people, she was always ahead when on the lead, or in the park, she was fast as lightning, and no other staff of mine could keep up with her. Olga was always a puppy in heart, she never grew up, I cant say she was old as she only lived till she was 16 months, so she was a puppy, normally staffs, mature early and are calm, in the house, Olga was always up and about. Olga was superb in the show, she would pull on the lead, but was good in position, when held, her success was good, always, the best opposite sex in breed, except for once when she won best in breed to GURU. Olga was accidentally mated with GURU, and she produced 4 wonderful puppies, GULU- BILLY- STAR and RED, they all have Olga's sweet shyness and are never short of breath, you never saw Olga pant, she had the stamina of a greyhound, it took hours of play to tire her out. Olga will always be remembered, and there will always be another Staffie that will remind me of her, as she was a typical, loving, bouncy Olga. |

RED. Isn't this the sweetest face you ever saw? Red is another OLGA, but heavily built like her father GURU. Red was born in June 2005 just a day and a year after her parents. Red, has a stunning look with the friendliest nature and she is the help I have when people visit that are afraid of Staffies, because she is red and not dark, it makes people less intimidated, she is always happy to curl up in your arms and be pampered, she is stingy with her kisses, but will hug you, she will however kiss your hands and clean the smell of food. Red is still a baby, and is growing into a large girl, she is 15 1/2 inches as big as her father GURU. She has been shown on two occasions and always gets the remark, very promising puppy. I do not wish to show Red as I am currently showing GUSS and do not wish to compare them, and have them compete, so Red will have to wait her turn, till she grows, and then can compete in the Bitch class. Red was a mystery, as when she was born, she was the smallest and excuse me the ugliest, but at 3 weeks, she bloomed, into a chunky, greedy puppy, it was because OLGA her mother did not have enough milk as OLGA was just a puppy herself, when Red tasted food for the first time, she thought it was heaven, she never wanted to stop, and is still this way today. Red will remain the inspiration of many people in Malta that were afraid of Staffies, she knows how to steal your heart, and is never shy to greet strangers and make them fall in love with the Staffordshire Bull Terrier. My wish for Red, is to take her to a disabled Children's School, and let all the kids meet her. She sure knows how to make you love Staffs. |

GUSS, at 6 months, he has it all, perfect mouth, ears, scull, eyes, chest, rear legs are great, moves well, still a little soft in the back and could be stronger on his feet, but at 6 months, it is more than one can expect. This handsome young lad will be another success to what BORDPOL is about, perfection. Character: he is a little stubborn, somewhat spoilt, he likes his own way, I am having to raise my voice lately to get him used to my commands, as if left untreated, he will go his own way, and that is, anywhere. He is good on the lead, curious, as any puppy, but always alert at proud, he carries his head high, and walks dignified, waits for your hand to see what is in it, if it is a biscuit or a toy. GUSS is the 2nd generation out of MOGZEY, he will make the 3rd and if all goes well, more Staffs like him will be born. GUSS in the show: He was shown at 4 months one week, he carried himself well, Judge saw the excellent quality and handed him 1st immediately, but let me know that it could be 2nd if the next contender was better, GURU came out and obviously took the 1st, but still, it is not without saying that the Judge saw the qualities in this baby to be 1st. 2nd time in the show also the same, best puppy in group again, Terrier group, is normally based of around 5 different Terriers all of excellent pedigree, with close to standard qualities. GUSS is brother to CHARLIE - WENZU- PINKY and BABY, he was 2nd pick of the litter by me, my 1st preference was Charlie, but GUSS, has it all, including Charisma, that is what makes him so special. |

BABY, is a baby, she is 10 inches at 6 months, I think she is going to be the smallest Staffordshire Bull Terrier in the world. I named her BABY because she looks like her mother MOGZEY. BABY has super qualities, but is undersized, and unfortunately will never make it to the show if she does not gain another 3 inches in height, still early days, as she could grow, but if not she will stay and be a baby in the BORDPOL family. This does not mean, she is a push over, Baby can be bossy, yes. She is together with RED in the same pen, and Baby eats first, and she is boss, unless RED has a favorite toy. Not much to say about Baby except that she is fairly timid, but given the chance and time, like a hermit out of her shell. In the park, she is fiery and quick like lightning, she can leap a meter fence without hesitation, and steal stone from GURU without him noticing, I think every one knows baby is so small to be of any threat. So she gets away with everything. |
![]() CHARLIE |
CHARLIE, Has a character of his own, he is a sneaker, he creeps up on you with a timid disposition, it takes him 10 seconds to get out of his shell, he soon changes into a bouncy Staffie with the warmest friendliest nature. Charlie is brother to GUSS- WENZU- BABY and PINKY they were all born in September 2005, out of Guru and Mogzey, he was always my number one staff, pick of the litter. Charlie has not yet been shown due to his current shyness, that is due to not being out that much, it is hard to take out all staffs together, as at this young age of 6 months, puppies will fight one another, so its, take it in turns, but Charlie gets to play inside with Baby, and in the evening, he is inside with us and Mogzey, on the Couch watching TV and interacting with me on the Computer. He sleeps most of the time, except when there is food, when food is smelt Charlie cries and will not stop till he is given some thing of what you are eating, he is one of those Staffs with a never ending appetite, he could eat twice the amount of the others, but he is kept on a controlled diet, his food is mixed half puppy and half maintenance. Charlie should reach the show ring in November 2006, he will be 14 months, adult. I wish Charlie was my only dogs, he is a gentleman's dog, that never leaves your side, and is faithful in everyway. |
![]() WENZU |
WENZU. Is the perfect Jackle & Hyde dog. I cannot say much for this boy, except that I kept him because he reminds be of the great Ch. Black Tusker, he is a solid dark black dog with perfect typical looks, he will be number one favorite in the show ring to any judge that knows Staffies well, he has the perfect scull and could be model for Staffordshire Bull Terrier Standard, this picture does not show much, but in real, he is one stunner, it is hard to get a picture of WENZU, he is never still when out of his pen. Wenzu will also be shown in November, however, I have had numerous offers on this boy and he could be sold, I would miss him dearly, and dread competing with him in the show, but if the right family comes along, they will be more than welcome to buy him. Malta has a small market for Staffordshire Bull Terriers, who loves them, has one, and the rest don't want to spend the money, most staff interested people are people with dog fighting interests, or to breed with cross bred pit bulls. This is why, Wenzu was never sold. I understand the history of the Staff well, but to fight them in this Century will be barbaric and inhumane. Staffies are Fighting dogs, gone show dogs, pet dog, not to be used as fighting dogs, they have lost most of there gameness, and prefer to be inside with the family and other comforts. |

MAGGIE MAY |
MAGGIE, Is a Maltese stray cat, that I was given in 1994, she used to live around the Hospital, and was cared for, by the Blood Bank Unit, Maggie had a litter of Kittens and was sheltered in the Blood Bank, but had to be removed from the premises, a friend called me to see if I knew anyone whom wants a neutered female cat, that had just had kittens, I took her to home her, but Maggie was independent and aloof, and could take care of herself, I though she could stay, if she wanted, as she could easily go where ever she wants if she wants to roam, but Maggie decided to stay. 12 years have passed and Maggie is still here with us, she is a cat that is in bed when ever me and little are ready to sleep, and still in bed when I come from work, she is one lazy cat, every week she brings home a take away, she catches her own food, she snacks on sparrows or other small wildlife she can catch, I never seen an cat as active at 12 years, and she must be older as she was mature when she arrived. Maggie can teach a Staffie to be respectful, and when we have a barbeque, Maggie eats first. |
